This Saturday, our boarders enjoyed an unforgettable cooking masterclass with Head Chef Darren Edwards, and it was a huge hit! The evening started with a fun blindfolded guessing game, where Darren introduced a variety of exotic fruits and vegetables.
The students then got hands-on learning how to prepare a whole chicken and enjoyed a tour of the V&A Kitchens. To finish, they savoured some mouthwatering homemade pizza and pasta!
